Of the tweets analyzed, 65% were categorized as angry, with "delayed," "TSA," "staff," "noise," and "complaints" being the most commonly used words. However, the airport had the second-highest customer satisfaction score among large airports, according to J.D. Power. The survey used over 37,000 tweets and machine learning to determine the angriest airports, with Indianapolis International Airport being found to have the least angry travelers.
