Ferrari and Cadillac Forge F1 Engine Partnership for 2026
Ferrari has confirmed a multi-year agreement to supply power units and gearboxes to the future Cadillac Formula 1 team, set to debut in 2026. This partnership, contingent on FIA approval, allows Cadillac, backed by General Motors, to enter F1 before developing its own power unit. The deal marks a significant step for GM's entry into F1, with Graeme Lowdon appointed as team principal. GM is also building a power unit facility in North Carolina, aiming to have its engine ready by the decade's end.
