"Samsung's Exynos 2400 SoC for Galaxy S24 to feature powerful 10-core CPU cluster and bonkers GPU with 4x more compute units"
The Exynos 2400 GPU is rumored to have 12 compute units and six Workgroup Processors, based on AMD's RDNA2 architecture. The CPU configuration includes one Cortex-X4, two Cortex-A720, three Cortex-A520, and four unreleased ARM CPU designs. Samsung will use its 4nm LPP node to mass-produce the chipset, which is expected to be used in the Galaxy S24 series. The performance of the Exynos 2400 remains to be seen, but Samsung hopes to avoid overheating issues by using a next-generation manufacturing process.
