Leaked information suggests that the next Xbox, codenamed 'Magnus,' will feature the largest APU used in a gaming console, making it more powerful and expensive than current models, with a potential release around 2027. ASUS is set to release the ROG Ally, a Windows gaming handheld that will support ASUS's proprietary ROG XG Mobile eGPU solution and feature a custom AMD APU with rumoured Zen 3 CPU cores and an RDNA 3-based iGPU. The device will resemble other contemporary gaming handhelds, with a small display sandwiched between game controller buttons, and will have a more powerful iGPU than the Radeon 680M that AMD includes in the Ryzen 7 6800U through Ryzen 9 6980HX.
