Tuberculosis found in Elephant at Albuquerque BioPark.
Albert, a 24-year-old Asian elephant at the Albuquerque BioPark, has tested positive for tuberculosis (TB) but is not showing any symptoms. The BioPark has experience treating TB and is optimistic about curing Albert's disease. Safety measures have been put in place, and guests are not at risk of contracting the disease.
