The new YGO card, Agnimal Candle, is a FIRE Pyro/Tuner/Effect monster with a Level 4 and 1700 ATK. Its effects include being able to Special Summon itself if added to the hand, and increasing or reducing its Level by 1 up to three times per turn when a monster(s) is sent to the GY.
