Ex-husband to face aggravated murder charges in Tepe killings as extradition proceeds
Michael David McKee, the ex-husband of Monique Tepe, will be brought back to Franklin County, Ohio, to face two counts of aggravated murder with premeditation in the December 30 killings of Monique and Spencer Tepe. He is currently held in an Illinois jail, waived extradition, and plans to plead not guilty, with potential penalties including life in prison without parole or, in theory, the death penalty. The case moves to an initial appearance in Franklin County Municipal Court after his return.
