Drive-by shooting suspect charged with aggravated murder of 9-year-old girl

Qasseem Dixon, one of the two suspects already under arrest, has been charged with aggravated murder in connection with the drive-by shooting death of a 9-year-old girl in Cincinnati. Dixon and another man allegedly retaliated after the man was robbed, driving to the residence where the robbery occurred and firing approximately 28 rounds, one of which struck and killed the juvenile. Dixon is accused of purposely and premeditatedly killing her. The investigation is ongoing, and significant updates, including charges, are expected to be released at a news conference.
