Active ETF Strategies: A Must for Retirement-Age Investors, Experts Advise
As retirement-age investors seek stable income while growing their assets, experts are recommending active ETF strategies. The demand for income products has increased due to a narrow market leadership and a large cohort of investors approaching retirement. Actively managed strategies, representing 23.3% of all flows into equity and income products this year, are gaining popularity. Experts suggest using active ETFs with an options overlay strategy to generate stable returns. Goldman Sachs Asset Management's new active funds, Goldman Sachs S&P 500 Core Premium Income ETF (GPIX) and Goldman Sachs Nasdaq-100 Core Premium Income ETF (GPIQ), have shown positive performance since their launch.
