Trader Joe’s Tops U.S. Grocery Satisfaction in ACSI Survey
A nationwide American Customer Satisfaction Index survey of about 31,000 shoppers in 2025 ranks Trader Joe's as the top U.S. grocery store for customer satisfaction with a score of 86, up from last year and ahead of Publix at 84; H-E-B, Sam's Club, Aldi, Costco and Whole Foods also perform well, while the overall grocery-satisfaction average slipped to 78.
