China has dropped the requirement for inbound travelers to present a negative PCR test result and will now accept a negative antigen test taken within 48 hours before boarding a plane. The move is part of the country's efforts to revive its tourism industry and ease its "zero-COVID" policies. Airlines will also no longer check passengers' test results before departure. China has imposed strict measures throughout the pandemic, including lockdowns and regular mass testing, but has recently rolled back some of these measures.
