Tragedy in Guyana: 20 Children Killed in School Dormitory Fire

At least 20 people have died and several others have been injured in a school dormitory fire at the Mahdia Secondary School in central Guyana. The victims' identities have not been confirmed yet. The government has mobilized a full-scale medical evacuation-supported response to transport seven children to the capital, Georgetown, for medical treatment.
