US calls for reopening road to disputed enclave in Armenia.

US Secretary of State Antony Blinken has urged the reopening of the Lachin corridor, the only land link between Armenia and Nagorno-Karabakh, and called for commercial and private vehicles to be allowed to use it as soon as possible. Blinken spoke with the leaders of Armenia and Azerbaijan, expressing American support for the peace process. Armenia had objected to Azerbaijan's establishing a checkpoint at the corridor's entry, calling it a violation of the 2020 cease-fire.
