The Impact of Putin's Weakness on Russia's Accomplices and Troops.

House Intelligence Committee Chairman Mike Turner has said that Yevgeny Prigozhin, the Russian businessman and alleged mercenary leader, had multiple accomplices inside Russia to move his forces from Ukraine to within two hours of Moscow in less than a day. Turner said that Prigozhin's feat showed the basic issue of whether or not Putin controls his military and that the Russian government would have to deal with the issue both internationally and domestically. Turner added that there were a number of accomplices, including some Russian people on the border with Ukraine who clearly supported the Wagner group, in contrast to their support for the Russian government.
