The Nigerian Election Petitions Tribunal has postponed the hearing of the petitions filed by the Peoples Democratic Party's Atiku Abubakar and the Allied Peoples Movement challenging the victory of Bola Tinubu of the ruling All Progressives Congress in the February 25 presidential election. The hearing has been postponed to Tuesday. The APM had adopted Atiku as its candidate ahead of the presidential election, prompting its candidate, Princess ChiChi Ojei, to describe her party’s action as despicable and a setback for Nigerian women.
