Hong Kong security chief defends suspension of newspaper comic strip.

The cartoonist, "Zunzi" Wong Kei-kwan, has been openly criticized by government officials six times since October last year. The HKJA warned that such complaints and suspensions could intensify self-censorship in Hong Kong, as media organizations may become worried that their content would face severe criticism or be accused of breaching the law.
