Finland's New Right-Wing Government and PM Orpo Sworn In Amid Controversy.

Finland, NATO's newest member, has sworn in a new coalition government led by Prime Minister Petteri Orpo, the leader of the conservative National Coalition Party, which is considered the most right-wing government in the country's modern history. The coalition includes the far-right, euroskeptic Finns Party, the Christian Democrats, and the Swedish People’s Party of Finland. The new government is expected to carry out major social policy and labor reforms, as well as budget cuts, over the next four years, while taking a hard stance on immigration and maintaining Finland's support for Ukraine.
