Chinese Citizens Sue Florida Over Property Ownership Ban

Chinese citizens are suing Florida over a new law that bans them from buying property in parts of the state, arguing that it stigmatizes them and violates the Fair Housing Act. The law restricts people from "foreign countries of concern" from buying land and homes in Florida, and prohibits citizens of specified countries from owning property within 10 miles of military installations.
