Armenian PM voices concerns over Russia-led security agreement.

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has criticized the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO), a Moscow-dominated security alliance, for failing to protect Armenia amid a standoff with Azerbaijan over Nagorno-Karabakh. Pashinyan noted "objective problems" in relations with the Kremlin but said they have not grown into a crisis. He also expressed his willingness to welcome other countries, such as the United States and Germany, to help broker peace talks with Azerbaijan.
