"Ukraine's Dual Strategy: Mobilization and Demobilization in Focus"

MP Davyd Arakhamia stated that due to limited funding, a new wave of mobilization in Ukraine will only be possible if accompanied by demobilization, as additional funds are needed for equipping and training new military personnel. Ukraine is seeking domestic financing for this purpose, and has also received training support from allies such as Romania, France, Italy, and Spain. The United States is expected to vote on providing aid to Ukraine in the next two months, and the Verkhovna Rada is considering amendments to a bill related to military service and mobilization.
