Ukraine's Defence Minister Rustem Umerov and newly appointed armed forces commander Oleksandr Syrskyi met with NATO's supreme commander in Europe and the commander of the Security Assistance Group Ukraine to discuss Kyiv's military plans for 2024, including optimizing the Armed Forces' structure, improving training, staffing and creating new brigades, and supplying weapons and equipment.
