Ukraine's Leopard II Tank Delivery Delayed Amid Counteroffensive.

The shipment of six Leopard 2 tanks from Spain to Ukraine has been delayed until the second half of April, according to Spain's Defence Minister Margarita Robles. The delay comes ahead of an expected counteroffensive by Ukraine against Russia. Nine Western countries, including the US and Germany, have agreed to send Leopard 2 tanks to Ukraine. US Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin has previously spoken about Ukraine's need for further assistance in air defense, long-range weapons, and armored vehicles.
