Russia's Attempt to Reclaim Exported Weapons and Dual-Use Tech Revealed

Russia is reportedly attempting to retrieve weapons it previously exported to countries such as Pakistan, Egypt, and Brazil. Moscow allegedly asked Egypt to return over a hundred engines from Russian helicopters, promising debt forgiveness and other incentives in exchange. Similar requests were made to Pakistan, Belarus, and Brazil. Russia's efforts to obtain weapons from its longtime customers come as it faces shortages and looks beyond its borders to rebuild its arsenal amid the ongoing conflict in Ukraine.
