Russian spy chief raises concerns over Ukrainian nuclear activity.

Russia's SVR foreign intelligence service head, Sergei Naryshkin, has called for the UN nuclear watchdog and the EU to investigate Ukrainian nuclear activity, which he claims could signal Kyiv's intention to create a "dirty bomb". Naryshkin did not provide any evidence to support his claims, but said that a batch of "irradiated fuel" had been secretly sent from the Rivne nuclear plant in western Ukraine for disposal at a spent fuel storage facility in Chornobyl. Ukraine has denied the allegations.
