Russia accused of sabotaging Ukraine's grain shipments deal.

Ukraine has accused Russia of sabotaging a deal that allows Ukrainian grain to be exported to international markets, putting the agreement under threat of "shutdown." The Black Sea Grain Initiative, brokered by the United Nations last summer, requires Russia to allow free passage for ships carrying grain from three Ukrainian ports on the Black Sea. However, Russian representatives are preventing inspections of ships docked in Istanbul, which threatens the functioning of the Grain Initiative. The US ambassador to Ukraine, Bridget Brink, has also accused Russia of trying to choke Ukraine's economy and slow the flow of food.
