Poland Sends Refurbished Leopard Tanks to Ukraine for Battle

Poland has repaired and sent the first two Leopard 2 tanks, damaged in the combat zone, to Ukraine. The tanks were restored to full combat readiness within two months at the Polish defense enterprise Bumar-Labedy in Gliwice. This repair hub, initiated by Poland, aims to support Ukraine by repairing not only the Leopard 2 tanks transferred by Poland but also other Leopard tanks received from the international coalition. In addition to the Leopard tanks, Poland has also provided Ukraine with 250 T-72 and PT-91 tanks.
