"PA's Shtayyeh Holds US Accountable for Israeli Attacks on Gaza"

Palestinian Prime Minister Mohammad Shtayyeh, along with Arab and UN leaders, criticized Israel's war on Hamas at the Doha Forum in Qatar. Shtayyeh held the United States responsible for Israeli attacks on Gaza and called for punishment if Israel continues to violate international law. Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani, the prime minister of Qatar, expressed concern over the humanitarian disaster in Gaza and questioned the effectiveness of the international system. Jordanian Foreign Minister Ayman al-Safadi accused Israel of implementing a policy to remove Gazans from the Strip and warned that the situation threatens the entire region. Philippe Lazzarini, director of UNRWA, highlighted the dehumanization of Palestinians and the urgent need for a ceasefire to end the dire situation in Gaza.
