Middle East Tensions Escalate: Yemen, Gaza, and Hezbollah Issue Warnings

Ali al-Qahoum, a member of the Houthi group's Ansarullah politburo, warned that any hostile action against Yemen will result in dire consequences and significant costs. He emphasized that the Houthis will not abandon the Palestinian cause and will continue operations against Israel despite threats from the US, Israel, or the West. Al-Qahoum stated that Yemen is prepared to defend itself against any hostile moves and is committed to protecting international maritime navigation in accordance with international laws and norms. The warning comes after the US military reported that Houthi-controlled Yemen had attacked two ships in the Bab al-Mandab Strait, highlighting the ongoing threat to vessels in shipping lanes.
