Latvia sends helicopter fleet to Ukraine, Belgium investigates weapon use in Russia.

Latvia's Prime Minister Krišjānis Kariņš announced at the Ukraine Recovery Conference in London that his country has provided Ukraine with military aid amounting to over 1% of its GDP, including all available Stinger MANPADS and a fleet of helicopters. Latvia continues to train Ukrainian soldiers and provide ammunition and drones. Kariņš emphasized the need to increase support for Ukraine and fully integrate it into the EU and NATO, while holding the Russian leadership accountable for all crimes committed.
