Kremlin declares success in demilitarizing Ukraine.

The Kremlin claims that the goal of "demilitarizing" Ukraine has largely been achieved, as Ukraine is using less of its own weapons and more of the weapons supplied by Western countries. The press secretary also accused NATO countries, led by the US, of getting involved in the conflict and becoming a party to it, which is delaying the resolution of the conflict and making the situation in Europe more tense and unpredictable. Putin had previously stated that "denazification" of Ukraine is one of Russia's main goals.
