The Czech Republic has ratified a defense treaty with the United States, enhancing military cooperation and facilitating the deployment of U.S. troops on Czech territory. The agreement, which establishes a legal framework for potential troop deployment, comes amid concerns over Russian aggression against Ukraine. Similar agreements have been signed with 24 other NATO members, including Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Romania, and Bulgaria.
