Chinese Vice Premier Leads Delegation on Historic Visit to North Korea

A Chinese delegation led by Vice Premier Liu Guozhong will visit North Korea to participate in the celebration of the country's founding day, according to state media. The visit, at the invitation of the ruling Workers' Party of Korea and the government of North Korea, comes as the country marks the 75th anniversary of its liberation from Japanese occupation. This follows a previous visit by a Chinese delegation in July, and there are reports that North Korean leader Kim Jong Un may soon visit Russia for a possible arms deal.
