China's Military Capabilities Pose a Threat to the US, Expert Warns

Chang criticizes the Biden administration for not taking stronger action to protect critical infrastructure and for maintaining open communication with China. He suggests that China's leader, Xi Jinping, is resorting to intimidation tactics due to the country's economic problems.
