Zelensky Rejects Partial NATO Membership for Ukraine

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky stated that Ukraine will not accept a NATO invitation that excludes any part of its territory, as this would imply recognition of Russian-occupied areas. He emphasized that full NATO and EU membership are essential security guarantees for Ukraine. Zelensky also noted that while various NATO membership formats are being discussed, Ukraine has not received formal offers from international partners.
