Wagner Group mercenaries confess to executing Ukrainian civilians.

Two former Russian prisoners who fought in Ukraine as commanding officers with the Wagner Group paramilitary cartel have released recorded video calls with a human rights activist, confessing to numerous atrocities they say they committed against civilians and fellow mercenaries. They describe executing Ukrainian civilians, including children, and burning their bodies. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky’s chief of staff has called for punishment, while the head of Wagner Group, Evgeny Prigozhin, denies the allegations.
