Houthis' Aerial Attack on Israel Marks First Space Warfare Instance

Israel's Arrow missile defense system successfully intercepted a ballistic missile fired by Houthi rebels in Yemen, marking the first instance of space warfare for Israel. The missile was intercepted outside of the Earth's atmosphere, and the operation was the third targeting Israel. The Arrow system, developed by Israel Aerospace Industries in collaboration with the Israeli and US defense establishments, is considered one of the most advanced technologies for defense against ballistic missiles.
