Pet owners will need to complete training courses and obtain liability insurance for dogs. The law sets limits on leaving pets unattended, restricts pet ownership to a maximum of five animals, and requires responsible breeding practices. Certain animals, such as dangerous or poisonous species, cannot be kept as pets.
