Poland and Ukraine reach deal on grain transit.

Poland has agreed to restart transit of Ukrainian grains through its territory, which had been banned earlier. The transits will be monitored and sealed. However, the ban on imports of Ukrainian food products to Poland will remain in place. The issue has created a problem for the ruling nationalist Law and Justice party in an election year. Pressure has been mounting on Brussels to work out an EU-wide solution after Warsaw and Budapest announced bans on some imports from Ukraine.
