Tropical Storm Bret has formed and is heading towards the Lesser Antilles, with the potential to become a hurricane if it tracks north without encountering wind shear. The storm is expected to weaken if it tracks south. The National Hurricane Center is advising those in the Lesser Antilles, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands to have their hurricane plan in place. Invest 93L is also being monitored, with a 60% chance of developing into a tropical system within the next two days.
