Invest 91-L to bring rain to Florida.

Tropical wave Invest 91-L has formed in the Gulf of Mexico and is expected to bring heavy rainfall and gusty winds to portions of Florida through the weekend. The National Hurricane Center is investigating the area of low pressure, but it has a low-end 20% chance of forming into a tropical system over the next seven days. The NHC's Hurricane Hunters will embark on their first hurricane recon mission of the season on Thursday to investigate the disturbance.
