"Hurricane Lee Weakens, New Systems Emerge: Tropics Update"

Hurricane Lee has weakened to a Category 2 hurricane but is expected to regain strength in the Atlantic, while the National Hurricane Center monitors Tropical Storm Margot and two potential new systems.
