Wagner boss warns of revolution over Russian elite's approach to war.

The head of Russia's mercenary army, Yevgeny Prigozhin, warned that Ukraine's upcoming offensive could push Moscow's troops out of occupied territory, including Crimea, and called for Russia to prepare for a hard war. Meanwhile, Russia has repelled a large number of drones in another attack in the Belgorod region, which it claims are coming from Ukrainian military saboteurs. Russia has also strengthened its connections to China amid Western sanctions, and Russia has grappled with a substantial increase in desertions since ordering a partial mobilization in September 2022. Japan has held a ceremony marking a planned donation of about 100 military vehicles and 30,000 food rations to Ukraine.
