ERCOT Urges Texans to Conserve Electricity Amidst Persistent Heat Wave and Power Outages

The Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT) has issued a call for people to conserve electricity usage due to low wind and potential low solar generation, combined with high demand. Operating reserves are expected to be low in the afternoon and evening.
