"Windows 11's AI Copilot and Enhanced Features Now Available for Testing"

Microsoft's AI-powered Copilot feature, which integrates generative AI into Windows 11, has entered public preview with the latest Windows Insider Preview build. Copilot allows users to chat with an AI assistant and create AI images using OpenAI's DALL-E 2 model. It also offers the ability to change Windows settings and execute commands, saving users the effort of navigating through the Settings app. However, the initial preview does not include all the features announced last month, such as third-party plugin support. Additionally, Copilot will display Bing ads, and the Settings app will receive a redesigned homepage with information cards. Windows 11 now also supports reading compressed file formats other than .zip.
