Boeing engineers set new world record with paper airplane.

Three Boeing engineers, recent graduates of Missouri University of Science and Technology, have broken the world record for the farthest flight by a paper airplane, with a distance of 289 feet, 9 inches (88 meters). The team spent months studying origami and aerodynamics to create and test multiple prototypes, and their winning design, named "Mach 5," focused on speed and minimized drag. The team hopes their accomplishment will inspire other young and aspiring aerospace engineers to chase their dreams.
