Microsoft is testing touch controls for its Xbox mobile apps, allowing players to use touchscreen controls to play games on their smartphone or tablet without a wireless controller. The feature is available in beta versions of the apps and will support custom touch control layouts for over a hundred games, with a basic touch control layout available for most other games. Additionally, a new thumbstick recalibration tool for Xbox Wireless controllers is being introduced, providing users with the ability to recalibrate their thumbsticks.
