Xbox's corporate vice president of gaming, Sarah Bond, revealed that Xbox Cloud Gaming is not a popular feature compared to other Game Pass Ultimate features and is running at a loss. She explained that it is mostly used as a console feature, allowing players to start playing a game while it's downloading in the background. Bond also admitted that it's not always the best player experience as the games being streamed to devices were built for next-generation consoles.
