Altars of Lilith are collectible objects that provide stat bonuses in Diablo 4. There are 160 Altars of Lilith spread throughout the game's open world, and activating all of them provides a significant boost to all characters in your roster. The Altars are easy to miss, but the community has compiled maps to help players find them all. Altars can be found in all five regions of Sanctuary, and most are located in central areas.
