Legal Battle Over Dark and Darker Continues with Copyright Infringement Lawsuit

Developer Irongate is being sued by Nexon for copyright infringement, claiming similarities between its own P3 and Dark and Darker, and alleging that some of Irongate's employees, who previously worked for Nexon, had signed a one-year-non-compete clause that stopped them from taking "Nexon's trade secrets" straight to a new developer. The lawsuit followed a cease and desist letter and DMCA takedown from Nexon that resulted in Dark and Darker being removed from Steam.
