"Experience Half-Life: Alyx without a VR headset using new mod"

A mod that allows Half-Life: Alyx to be played on a standard PC setup has reached an important new milestone, letting players experience its full campaign from start to finish. The "NoVR" mod changes the game in many ways, such as opening doors with the use key instead of physical manipulation with a VR controller. However, the mod still needs to add the Half-Life: Alyx HUD and more animations to be truly feature-complete, and it currently lacks support for nine of the game's 42 Steam achievements.
